Channel Partner Manager

As the Partner Manager, you are passionate about building and managing business relationships as well as selling. You will invest your time and effort each day in building and maintaining a strong partner program, and know how to manage your business. You are an ambitious self-starter who can ramp in within a short period of time – while engaging partner prospects at the highest, most strategic level. Most importantly, you have a strong track record of managing business partnerships.

What You Will be Responsible for:

  •  Prepared to travel across North America and beyond to forge and foster new relationships
  • Achieve and exceed assigned partner development and management targets with the goal of maximizing sales of our PIM
  • Conduct thorough discovery, qualify needs and strategically prove the value of our PIM to potential and existing partners
  • Own the partner program cycle – empower partners to strategically sell Jaspers PIM to agencies and service providers
  • Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic presentations
  • Prepare partner sales forecasts, partner status reports, and recommendations to enhance partner growth and revenue potential
  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate partner/opportunity plans, while updating and communicating them on a regular basis to the CEO
  • Understand how to fully demonstrate Jaspers PIM, communicate our value and empower partners to do more

What You Bring to the Table:

  •  5 years of successful SAAS sales and/or account management experience, including 3-5 years of successful partner/channel experience
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • A proven hunter and closer with outstandaing customer referrals and exceptional skills in prospecting, qualifying, developing and closing business
  • An expertise in effective negotiation techniques and ability to apply them based on varying deals
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a proven ability to balance and sequence competing demands and priorities
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Exceptionally strong work ethic, self-motivated, metric-oriented, curious and driven with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills in order to run multiple opportunities
  • Experience in identifying short and long-term goals to achieve overall team/company objectives
  • Unquestionably high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a stable, growing organization
